Choose payroll automation when you want to run payroll in AI Payroller with payslip-based pricing. Choose custom payroll process automation when you want to automate selected steps alongside your existing systems.
What does €149/month include?+
The monthly fee includes 50 payslips sent through the service, the package functions listed above and remote onboarding. Additional payslips cost €2.90 each. For example, 60 payslips cost €149 + 10 × €2.90 = €178/month.
Is there a separate charge for employee time tracking?+
No. Time tracking is included in the payroll price. Employees of accounting firm clients can also use the my.aipayroller.com mobile service with no fee per employee. Employee numbers and time entries do not increase the price.
Is onboarding included?+
Yes. Remote onboarding is included in the €149/month payroll automation package. We review the service, data sources and responsibilities together. Onboarding for custom automation is described in the quote.
Are tax correspondence and tax account transactions included?+
Yes. The package includes Finnish Tax Administration decisions and requests for clarification, tax account transactions and notices about overdue taxes and employer contributions. Required authorisations and settings are defined during setup.
Do we need a separate Incomes Register reconciliation service?+
No. AI Payroller requests and retrieves the 312 summary and compares it with payroll data as part of the package. The comparison covers summary data. A specialist investigates any differences.
Is there an extra charge for electronic payslip delivery?+
No. Electronic delivery is included for both the monthly allowance and additional payslips. There is no separate delivery fee.
How is the price calculated for an accounting firm?+
One monthly fee and a shared allowance of 50 payslips cover the purchasing accounting firm. Payslips sent through the service for all client companies are combined. There is no separate fee per client company.
What if we send fewer than 50 payslips, or none?+
The monthly fee is €149 even when you send fewer than 50 payslips or none at all. Contract duration and any pauses are agreed in your quote.
How is a payslip different from a pay item?+
A payslip is the statement an employee receives for their pay. It can contain base pay, allowances and commissions as separate items. Pricing is based on payslips sent through the service. The number of items does not affect the price.
How can a broad package be cost-effective?+
We develop our own platform and use AI in software development. New functions can use shared data and workflows, making development more efficient. Solutions are tested before they go into use.
Are integrations included in custom automation?+
Yes. The integrations required for the agreed automation are included in the custom package price. We define the systems, data flows and scope with you in the quote.
Can we keep our current payroll software?+
Yes. We can connect to your existing systems and automate the payroll steps you need, such as collecting inputs, reminders, data transfers or reconciliation. People remain responsible for review and approval.
What does custom payroll process automation cost?+
