Samuli leads AI Payroller's day-to-day operations and is responsible for the company's strategic direction. He has a strong background in fintech and BI systems and extensive experience in client work. Samuli combines data expertise and business understanding to build solutions that meet clients' needs. For him, it is important that AI delivers clear, measurable benefits to payroll and HR.

Samuli is AI Payroller's technology advisor. He has founded and helped build several SaaS companies, some of which have also succeeded internationally. Drawing on that experience, he advises AI Payroller's leadership particularly on product architecture, technology choices and scaling growth.

Tommi is AI Payroller's principal shareholder and Chair of the Board. He actively invests in listed companies and privately held growth companies. Through his board work, Tommi guides the company's strategic direction and acts as a sounding board for management. He believes in the potential of AI to transform payroll and supports AI Payroller's long-term development.
AI Payroller is our own platform, built for practical payroll processes. It brings the calculation engine and automation together in an environment where AI agents can also carry out assigned tasks as part of shared workflows.
